She showed them X-rays, and each student went home with a care bag.

❄️ First Grade Fun with Snowflake Bentley! ❄️
Last week, our first graders dove into the story of Snowflake Bentley by Jacqueline Briggs Martin! 📚✨ They learned about Wilson Bentley, the amazing American photographer and meteorologist who was the first to capture the beauty of snowflakes in stunning detail. ❄️📸
To get creative, our students made their own snowflakes using Q-tips—each one unique and perfectly symmetrical, just like real snowflakes! 🌨️❄️ What a cool way to connect with science and art! #SnowflakeBentley #FirstGradeFun #WinterLearning

Mrs. Sturgeon's preschool class and the other preschool classes had a special visit from their School Resource Officers . On Friday, they enjoyed "Pancakes with Police," where Officer Noel read If You Give a Pig a Pancake and discussed how he and Officer Schneider help keep the school safe. The students also enjoyed yummy pancakes with the officers!
