The Indiana Department of Education requires families of enrolled students to submit current proof of Indiana residence at the beginning of each school year and a document establishing Indiana residency. Examples include a utility bill (dated within last 60 days), current property tax statement, current lease, medical bill (dated within last 60 days), or similar. You have the option to email a photo of the document to tjones@lburg.k12.in.us.
Please note that the IDOE does not allow a driver's license to be used for proof of residency.
